Engineering Design Consultancy
This phase of project includes designing your House from scratch.We customize the design for each client and make sure that your design is unique, we work closely to understand your requirements and design accordingly to come up with the best design. Engineering Consultancy includes Architectural Planning, Electrical layout , Plumbing Layout, 3D view, Plan sanction assistance, Loan sanction assistance. Consultancy fees depends on the scope of the project. We charge on percentage basis or lumpsum depending on the scope of the project.
Contracting / Construction Services
This phase starts after the designing phase is completed. We construct the house as per the plans. Construction cost ranges from 1500 Rs per sft to 2200 Rs per sft depending on the specification chosen by the client. Construction cost is easily determined after the design and estimation is done. We have a daily video and photo reporting system for informing site progress to client. We have track record of submitting the project in time with best of the technical engineering standards.
